離心泵應(yīng)該按照所輸送的液體進(jìn)行選擇，并校核需要的性能，分析抽吸，排出條件，是間歇運(yùn)行還是連續(xù)運(yùn)行等。離心泵通常應(yīng)在或接近制造廠家設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定的壓力和流量條件下運(yùn)行。泵安裝時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行以下復(fù)查：

Centrifugal pump should normally be at or near the manufacturer's design requirements to run under the conditions of pressure and flow. Pump installation should be reviewed the following:
�、倩A(chǔ)的尺寸，位置，標(biāo)高應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，地腳螺栓必須恰當(dāng)和正確地固定在混凝土地基中，機(jī)器不應(yīng)有缺件，損壞或銹蝕等情況；
�、� the basis of size, location, elevation should meet the design requirements, anchor bolts must be properly and correctly fixed in the concrete foundation, the machine should not have missing parts, damage or corrosion and other conditions;
②根據(jù)泵所輸送介質(zhì)的特性，必要時(shí)應(yīng)該核對主要零件，軸密封件和墊片的材質(zhì)；
�、� According to the characteristics of the medium transported pumps, if necessary, should check the major components, shaft seals and gasket materials;
�、郾玫恼移�，找正工作應(yīng)符合設(shè)備技術(shù)文件的規(guī)定，若無規(guī)定時(shí)，應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《機(jī)械設(shè)備安裝工程施工及驗(yàn)收通用規(guī)范》的規(guī)定；
�、� pump leveling, aligning the work should be consistent with the provisions of equipment, technical documentation, absence of provision, should be consistent with current national standard "installation of machinery and equipment construction and acceptance of universal norms" of the provisions;
④所有與泵體連接的管道，管件的安裝以及潤滑油管道的清洗要求應(yīng)符合相關(guān)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。
