螺桿泵的基本工作原理

其工作原理是當(dāng)電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)泵軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí),螺桿一方面繞本身的軸線旋轉(zhuǎn),另一方面它又沿襯套內(nèi)表面滾動(dòng),于是形成泵的密封腔室。螺桿每轉(zhuǎn)一周,密封腔內(nèi)的液體向前推進(jìn)一個(gè)螺距,隨著螺桿的連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),液體螺旋形方式從一個(gè)密封腔壓向另一個(gè)密封腔,后擠出泵體。螺桿泵是一種新型的輸送液體的機(jī)械,具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、工作安全可靠,使用維修方便、出液連續(xù)均勻、壓力穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
