單螺桿泵是一種內(nèi)嚙合偏心回轉(zhuǎn)的容積泵，泵的主要構(gòu)件：一根單頭螺旋的轉(zhuǎn)子和一個通常用彈性材料制造的具有雙關(guān)螺旋的定子，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子在定于型腔內(nèi)繞定子的軸線作行星回轉(zhuǎn)時，轉(zhuǎn)定子之間形成的密閉腕就沿轉(zhuǎn)子螺線產(chǎn)生位移；因此就將介質(zhì)連續(xù)地，均速地、而且容積恒定地從吸入口送到壓出端，基于這件特性，單螺桿泵特別適合于下列工況的工作。

輸送高粘度介質(zhì)：根據(jù)泵的大小不同可以輸送粘度從37000-200000厘泊的介質(zhì)。
